If you’ve never done one of these you really ought to make time to attend one. They are truly outstanding, a great way to get current information on exciting local research. They also provide very good food and are very gracious hosts. The tour of the building is also very impressive – it’s a really fine facility – something to take pride in that it is local. I just wish we’d firm up our local legislative environment related to stem cell research so the Stowers could continue to grow locally in the way they intended.
